I was wondering where I had seen the name @Tychon before, so I looked it up in Omnipedia and came across these two citations:
Tychon. (December 2045). âIf Adira is a hacker with âunfettered accessâ to G6, they could cause some real damage. Why havenât they?â Sud Quotidien.
Tychon. (October 2049). âViral stream of Xu Shaoyong claiming to be alive identified as fake originated by techno-fundamentalist cult.â Vessel.
This would indicate that Tychon has been active as a web crawler since at least 2045, trusted by different news sources and Omnipedia to provide records of human-authored data. The fact that one of those sources is Vessel makes me wonder whether the network itself somehow originated TychonâŚ
