What gets me most of all is that they make this casual comparison between what they did to Shahada and an experiment with a fucking horse, and then they cover up the whole sordid mess with the claim that they were only performing animal trials.
Given what we’re coming to learn about people like Spencer Hagen, I’m pretty sure they consider that cover story redundant because in their minds, those children were nothing more than animals.
